Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables (design files, code). LaunchYourWeb retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
LaunchYourWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
